By using Wescept API services at api-b2b.wescept.com, you agree to comply with applicable regulations, obtain valid customer consent before every verification pull, and use data only for permitted purposes.

Wescept provides white-labeled API infrastructure for identity, bank, Aadhaar, credit bureau, GST, CIN, eSign, and related checks. Data accuracy is subject to upstream providers (CGPEY, PayPrime/CRIF, etc.). You are responsible for secure storage of API secrets and compliance with RBI, UIDAI, and IT Act requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse, invalid consent, or non-payment. Pricing, onboarding fees, bundle access, and per-call costs may be updated via admin configuration with reasonable notice.
