Refund Policy
Wallet recharges, API usage charges, and onboarding fees.
Wallet recharge amounts are non-refundable once credited, except in cases of duplicate payment verified by our finance team within 7 days.
Successful verification API calls (PAN, bank, bureau, credit, etc.) are non-refundable as upstream charges are incurred immediately. Failed pulls due to Wescept system errors will be auto-credited to your wallet.
Onboarding and bundle fees are non-refundable after API access is provisioned. Sandbox/test calls usingwscpt_test_*keys do not incur live charges.
